Headquartered in Medina, Minnesota – USA, Intercomp staffs a full service center of certified technicians providing  repair, support and calibration for all Intercomp products.  Featuring high-precision, fully automated force calibration systems, Intercomp calibrate scales & other equipment with standards traceable to U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST).  Intercomp also maintains an inventory of over 20,000 lbs in dead weights used for testing and calibration which are certified by the MN Department of Weights & Measures.

Intercomp’s sales and service center in the United Kingdom offers calibration capabilities for customers located in Europe, Middle East and Africa; including dead weight and fully automated force calibration with standards traceable to the Bureau International des Poids et Mesures ( BIPM).

As part of Intercomp’s ISO9001:2015 Certification, both calibration and repair facilities are regularly audited.

Calibration Services

Having your scales or other racing equipment calibrated at Intercomp provides you with a reliable and accurate means to ensure your equipment is operating at its best, that it is calibrated to exacting industry standards and is done so by highly trained, factory personnel.

In Intercomp’s Metrology Laboratories, technicians calibrate your scales with state-of-the-art calibration instrumentation, traceable through NIST or other recognized national metrology institutes, and will leverage proprietary automated calibration software to reliably deliver your calibration data. Certificates of Calibration are provided for most services and kept on file for future reference.
